CWR operational crews act as the eyes and ears of the community in west Cheshire with our ‘Collective’ platform allowing real time reporting by collection crews.
Amongst the reports of overgrown dangerous overhanging branches and pot holes our crews play a vital community support role to those in need. There are many times when our crews go over and above without a second thought and provide care, and often, first aid to those in need.
Most recently we received a message from a family member to say a crew had supported an 85 year old lady who had fallen in the street. This really isn’t an unusual situation, we are incredibly proud of the quick thinking and caring behaviour shown by our operational crews when in the community.
