Our Elevate Programme brings together the social value we create through employment, skills development, procurement, partnerships and the way we deliver our services. It helps us embed social value into our everyday decision-making and maximise the social, economic and environmental benefits we create for Cheshire West and Chester.

Measuring Our Impact

Measuring our social value helps us understand the wider impact of our activities and identify where we can create even greater benefit.

We use the Thrive Framework to measure the social, economic and environmental value generated through our work. With more than 100 metrics aligned to the UK Government’s Social Value Model, it enables us to capture the wider value created through areas such as employment, skills development, local spending, environmental improvements and community activity.

This gives us a consistent way to track our progress, understand where we are making a difference and identify opportunities to create even greater value for Cheshire West and Chester.
