We are looking for an experienced People Manager to lead our HR function, driving strategic workforce development, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring HR excellence across the organisation.
As the People Manager, you will be the senior HR professional at CWR, responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation’s people strategy. You will lead and develop the HR team, driving the delivery of exceptional HR services, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and ensuring that due consideration is given to the Council’s approach and priorities.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will implement workforce strategies, champion employee engagement and provide expert advice on HR matters to support the organisation’s growth and success.
