A safe and healthy working environment is a fundamental principle and right at work
Friday 28th April marks World Day for Safety and Health at Work 2023, on this day the International Labour Organisation (ILO) are celebrating the decision to include “a safe and healthy working environment” in their framework of fundamental principles and rights at work.
At CWR one of our four core values is to be safe, unfortunately this isn’t yet the case for many in the world. We create a safe and healthy working environment by living our values every day. Alongside the management team, our HSEQ team ensure we promote a proactive and positive health and safety culture to ensure business compliance with safety legislation and safe working practices.
At CWR we invest not only the physical wellbeing of our staff but also mental wellbeing too. We have a growing number of employees trained, or training to be, Mental Health First Aiders across all areas of the business.
