Cheshire West Recycling (CWR) delivers essential waste, recycling and fleet maintenance services on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council. As a Council-owned company, our focus is on providing safe, reliable and efficient services that support residents, protect the environment and deliver value for money.
Our operations include household waste collections, the management of Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs), and a state-of-the-art Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Ellesmere Port, where approximately 35,000 tonnes of recycling are processed each year. Alongside this, our Fleet Services team maintains both operational and Council vehicles, helping to ensure critical frontline services run safely and effectively across the borough.
