2021/22 for CWR has been plan focused upon ensuring that “every person influences change” (EPIC). EPIC links directly to our existing ‘pillars of performance’ providing clear and tangible actions, supporting the organisation in delivering its long-term vision. EPIC covered four key areas of focus, with key targets and objectives for each.
In 2022/23 Our Targets are related to Service Change and our role in supporting Cheshire West and Chester Council’s focus on Climate Emergency, Health and Safety and compliance excellence. We also want to develop our people strategy and launch a development programme whilst also providing right first time services to residents. We’re also committed to mobilising additional projects to modernise our workspaces and operational hubs and creating opportunities for service improvement and development.
