Quality Policy

Purpose and Scope

This is the Quality Policy Statement for Cheshire West Recycling Ltd (CWR), it is owned by the Managing Director and sets out the Company’s commitment to providing a quality recycling service.

Our Commitment

  • CWR will ensure that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled, with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
  • CWR is committed to provide agility and flexibility in the service it provides to meet the customers changing needs and priorities.
  • CWR is committed to deliver performance in line with contractual commitment but also do so with consideration to safety, wellbeing and the environment.
  • CWR will foster a culture of quality of services through strong visual leadership and will strive for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

The Managing Director is ultimately responsible for providing quality within the services CWR provides. Quality performance is a responsibility for all employees. CWR will provide clear guidance on the responsibilities of all employees to deliver a quality service.

 

 

Arrangements                   

Quality Management

CWR will establish, implement and maintain a Quality Management System.

Information, Instruction and Training

We will provide employees with the skills to understand and demonstrate the needs of the customer and provide a quality service.

Complaints and Concerns

We will deal with any complaints or concerns received in a fair and respectful manner and to resolve any complaints as quickly as possible.

Continual Improvement

We record all incidents and report all ill health, incidents, dangerous occurrences and near misses to implement recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.

ISO 9001

We will work to a management system for quality performance that meets the ISO 9001 Standard.

Resources

We will provide sufficient resources to implement this policy.

Objectives

Objectives are set annually by the Senior LeadershipTeam and approved by the Board.
