On 9th October, CWR was thrilled to have been honoured with the prestigious ‘BEST NEW IDEA’ Award at the LARAC Conference 2024 for its ‘Zero Agency’ initiative.

Born out of its commitment to eliminate reliance on temporary agency workers and instead build a more stable and sustainable workforce that delivers upon its cooperative principles and social ethos, CWR has implemented a pioneering new way of working in the sector.

Improvements in service quality, HSEQ compliance and efficiency, coupled with a new culture that promotes opportunities for employees to grow and progress is testament to the success of the initiative.

CWR is immensely proud of this achievement and is grateful to its dedicated workforce for making this vision a reality. This award is not just a reflection of the organisation's progress but an example of how it is possible for social value to work hand in hand with operational performance.
